MASSIVart est à la recherche de médiateurs.trices artistiques pour animer une série de visites guidées ponctuelles au Royalmount. Les visites auront lieu en français et en anglais, et s’adressent à un public général.
Nous recherchons des personnes qui accueilleront les visiteurs et agirons comme les points de repère principaux sur les lieux, guide les visiteurs à travers la collection en informant et facilitant les échanges de conversation autour des œuvres exposées. Les candidats.es sélectionnés.es devront se familiariser au préalable avec les œuvres de l'exposition, une formation sera donnée sur place.
Dates et horaires des visites :
- 5 juillet 2025 : 14h00 à 15h00 (FR) + 16h00 à 17h00 (EN)
- 19 juillet 2025 : 11h00 à 12h00 (FR) + 13h00 à 14h00 (EN)
- 2 août 2025 : 9h00 à 10h00 (FR) + 12h00 à 13h00 (EN)
Profil recherché :
- Expérience en médiation culturelle, animation ou interprétation du patrimoine
- Compétences en service à la clientèle, en relations interpersonnelles et en communication
- Intérêt marqué pour l’art contemporain et l’art public
- Aisance à s’exprimer en public, en français et en anglais
- Accueillir et orienter les participants.
- Autonomie, professionnalisme et ponctualité
Rémunération : 50 $/heure
Noter que les entretiens se tiendront le jeudi 26 juin.

Job offer: Cultural mediator for guided tours of the public art program at Royalmount, Montreal
Job description:
MASSIVart is looking for artistic mediators to lead a series of guided public art tours at Royalmount. The tours will be conducted in French and English and are intended for the general public.
We are looking for people who will welcome visitors and act as the main points of reference on site, guiding visitors through the collection and informing and facilitating conversation about the works on display. Selected candidates will be required to familiarize themselves with the works in the exhibition in advance, and training will be provided on site.
Tour dates and times:
- July 5, 2025: 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. (FR) + 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. (EN)
- July 19, 2025: 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (FR) + 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. (EN)
- August 2, 2025: 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. (FR) + 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. (EN)
Required profile:
- Experience in cultural mediation, animation, or heritage interpretation
- Customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Strong interest in contemporary and public art
- Strong ability in public speaking, in French and in English
- Welcoming and guiding participants.
- Independence, professionalism, and punctuality
Compensation: 50 $/hour
